Clients invest, Shiroi delivers — full control, full benefits. In the Capex model, clients fund the solar project and own the asset from day one. Shiroi Energy provides end-to-end solutions tailored to the client's energy needs — from the initial site assessment to the final commissioning of the solar power plant. Our in-house Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services ensure reliable execution. Clients benefit from tax incentives and have the option to sell excess energy back to the grid. Additionally, Shiroi Group partners with financial institutions to help clients access debt financing, making large-scale solar investments more viable.
Opex
Zero upfront investment — just lower energy bills from day one. Under the Opex model, Shiroi Energy installs and operates the solar power system at no cost to the client. Instead, clients purchase the generated electricity through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) at a fixed rate — typically lower than grid prices, enabling immediate savings. This model, also known as the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model, is ideal for clients looking to reduce costs without capital expenditure. Shiroi also offers a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) variation, where we invest, build, and manage the system before transferring ownership to the client at the end of the contract term.
